We have identified an issue affecting status reporting between Datto EDR, Datto AV, and Datto RMM. As a result, some devices may incorrectly generate alerts in Datto RMM indicating that Datto EDR requires attention or that Datto AV is not installed.

We are investigating an issue affecting status reporting between Datto RMM, Datto EDR, and Datto AV. Some devices may generate alerts in Datto RMM reporting that Datto EDR or Datto AV is not detected.
