Planter is repairing a break in the 432-count fiber in Covington, GA. Crews continue to make progress on both sides of the damaged areas. On the west side, crews are currently placing new fiber. Once crews fully place and secure the new fiber, they will begin splicing in that area. On the east side, restoration efforts are also progressing, with additional splicing resources engaged to help expedite repairs and restore services as quickly as possible. We remain closely engaged with the field teams and continue to monitor progress throughout the restoration process. We will provide further updates, including an estimated time of restoration (ETR), as soon as additional information becomes available.
