Monitoring
We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting updates in the RiskOS Case Management UI. This issue is limited to a subset of cases and specifically affects the Case Search functionality, which may temporarily show outdated case states. Please note that case status data displayed within the Case List and individual Case Details pages is accurate and reflects the latest state. Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for all newly updated cases and is actively working to re-sync the remaining affected cases to ensure data consistency across search. We will provide another update once normal behavior is fully restored.
