Monitoring
Starting at about 6:00 AM PT (9:00 AM ET), some users, saw "Slow down" errors and slow page loads caused by an unusually high volume of automated sign-in traffic. That traffic has dropped sharply since about 6:40 AM PT, and page speed is back to normal for most users. We're closely monitoring and preparing further protections in case the traffic returns.

Investigating
Starting at about 6:00 AM PT (9:00 AM ET), some ParentSquare users, mostly on school and district networks, have been seeing "Slow down" errors or slow page loads on the web and mobile apps. Our team has traced it to an unusually high volume of sign-in requests coming from some networks, which set off our traffic protections. We're continuing to investigate.
