Multiple services down in US and EU

Bazaarvoice has detected an issue affecting hosted zones we added today which could be causing issues for split-horizon DNS URLs, Our Platform Engineering have rolled backed new hosted zones, DNS resolution now working again across multiple services. we will be monitoring the issue for the next hours and make sure the issue is totally resolved.
