Degradation - Bazaarvoice Plugin for Shopify

Bazaarvoice has rolled back the change responsible for the degradation and clients should now be able to access their settings for the Bazaarvoice plugin for Shopify. We are continuing to monitor to ensure the issue does not recur.

Bazaarvoice has detected an issue with the backend service for our plugin for Shopify. We do not expect this is affecting the shopper-facing display or submission components, but it will affect client's ability to access the plugin settings within Shopify. It may also cause delays in feed related services (ex. catalog feed delivery to Bazaarvoice may happen later than usual). We are currently working to restore access so clients can resume making updates to the plugin settings as needed.
