Portal Insights Degradation

Bazaarvoice has identified a degradation of the Portal > Insights app. Clients may have noticed delays across all Insights dashboards and a full outage of the Coverage dashboard (and associated Program Overview widget) in particular. The root cause has already been determined and remediation is ongoing. The symptoms have currently been resolved, though the issue may recur until full remediation is complete.
