Service has been restored for Shop App, shop.app web page, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Login with Shop, and shipping label voids. Shipment tracking updates and tracking notifications remain degraded. We continue working to restore these services.

We are continuing to investigate the disruption affecting Shop App, shop.app web page, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and Login with Shop. Merchants are also unable to void shipping labels. Shipment tracking updates are unavailable, and tracking notifications are not being sent to merchants or buyers. We will provide another update when more information is available.
