Gravity Payments Dashboard transaction reporting delayed for a small number of merchants

A fix has been implemented to resolve Emergepay transaction processing failures. We are working to fully restore historical reporting information.

We have identified the issue causing a delay in transaction reporting and some management functionality for a small number of merchants and a restoration is in progress.

An issue in Azure Cloud Platform is causing some merchants to also see intermittent timeout errors when attempting to run transactions. We are monitoring this closely and working to restore services completely as quickly as possible.
