To comply with USPS standards and avoid label errors or future USPS <a href="https://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2026/pb22700/html/updt_001.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">non-compliance fees</a>, please be sure to enter all package dimensions (L x W x H) when creating your label.
USPS is introducing a non-compliance fee for missing or inaccurate package dimensions (L x W x H) starting in early 2027. For more info please see <a href="https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/56643473370011-USPS-Noncompliance-Fee">USPS Dimension Compliance</a>
We are aware of reports of inaccurate rates for some USPS mailing services through ShipStation. Our engineering team is actively investigating, and we will post another update as soon as more information is available.
APC have informed us of a known issue regarding error "Please enter a phone number: Collection PhoneNumber"
We are currently investigating this in further detail.
Effective August 14, 2026: Royal Mail from ShipStation is temporarily suspended for shipments from the UK to Europe.
In the meantime, other European carriers remain available for your UK shipments at this time.
