We are investigating an issue affecting some customers using the Crypto Withdrawal API and Withdrawal Fee API. Customers may see crypto withdrawal fee quotes with more than two decimal places, and some exact-balance crypto withdrawal requests may fail with an Insufficient Funds response when the available balance does not cover both the withdrawal amount and the associated network fee. We are actively investigating and will share another update as soon as possible.

Base Network - Deposit and Withdrawal Delays

The Base network stall has been resolved and the network is producing blocks normally again. Paxos has resumed processing deposits and withdrawals on Base, and any transactions that were delayed during the disruption are now being worked through. Customer funds were not affected at any point.

As a result, deposits and withdrawals on Base are delayed while the network is unable to confirm transactions. This is an issue with the Base network itself and is not specific to Paxos; all other blockchains are operating normally and customer funds are not affected.
