At minumum
Disable cpdavd
whmapi1 configureservice service=cpdavd enabled=0 monitored=0
Then stop cpsrvd on your server:
/scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd --stop
Please be aware cpanel/WHM services will be offline until a patch is released.
