CCS AWS Availability Zone incident on US-EAST-1 - minor impact

AWS has notified us of some impacted nodes on specific availability zones in US-EAST-1 clusters. All backups are still running on impacted clusters. Cohesity has added more infrastructure to mitigate this issue, but backup jobs may run longer than expected. AWS expects to be restored to full capacity within a day.
