Only Snowflake Account Sync is affected. While this is unresolved, Cloudability will not pick up newly created Snowflake accounts, and details for existing accounts are no longer refreshed. The Snowflake credential shows a 'X' against the list accounts permission 'snowflake.list.accounts'
Snowflake Cost jobs are not affected. Cost data continues to be ingested, processed and loaded as normal, and cost dashboards remain accurate.
Once the view is corrected, Account Sync resumes automatically on the next cycle and picks up anything added in the meantime.

The brief issue with inflated amortized cost figures reported in Cloudability was caused by incorrect data provided by Microsoft Azure. Data is now recovering following the most recent ingestion from Azure, and cost figures should return to expected values as new data continues to come in. No action is required within Cloudability at this time.
If you were impacted by this discrepancy and require a correction or explanation for the affected period, please open a support case directly with Az...

Service restoration activities in the AWS ME‑Central and ME‑South regions remain in progress. At this time, AWS has not provided an estimated timeline for full recovery, as restoration depends on repairing the underlying physical infrastructure.
AWS has issued guidance strongly recommending that customers operating in the Middle East immediately migrate to alternate AWS regions to minimize the risk of data loss. In alignment with this direction, IBM advises all customers with tenants hos...
