We have identified an issue affecting all outbound email delivery from AlertSite. The following are currently impacted:
- Alert email notifications - emails triggered by monitor alerts are not being delivered
- Scheduled reports
- Account emails - password resets and other account-related emails
Our hosting provider for the Dublin, IE servers is migrating them to a new hosting platform. As part of this migration, the IP addresses will change.
The migration is scheduled for **September 30, 2026**. After the migration, monitoring traffic from these servers will originate from new IP addresses.

* 46.22.143.115
* 46.22.143.111
Any monitored endpoints that require whitelisting of the monitoring server IPs will need to add the new IP addresses to their whitelists.

The Worcester, MA monitoring location is closing due to the closure of our local hosting provider.
On **October 5, 2026**, monitors currently using Worcester will be automatically redirected to a **Boston, MA** monitoring location. Existing Boston and New York configurations will be used where applicable.

We would like to inform you that AlertSite will be discontinuing support for all Private Node versions below 3.5.4.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring services, we kindly request that you upgrade your Private Nodes to version 3.5.4 by October 23, 2026.
Please note that after October 23, 2026, monitoring from Private Nodes running versions earlier than 3.5.4 will no longer be supported, and monitors associated with those nodes may stop functioning as expected.
