ServiceAlert for ServiceAlert MCP

Let an MCP-compatible client query published provider status or an authorized ServiceAlert account.

What the integration does

ServiceAlert provides a public, read-only MCP endpoint for published provider status and a separate API-key-protected endpoint for account monitors, services, and incidents.

What you need

An MCP-compatible client. Private account tools also require a ServiceAlert API key.

Setup

  1. Choose the public endpoint for published provider status or create an API key for private account tools.
  2. Add the ServiceAlert HTTP endpoint to the MCP client configuration.
  3. Reload the client and verify the available tools before enabling write-capable account actions.
