Route ServiceAlert events into a PagerDuty service with Events API v2.

What the integration does

ServiceAlert triggers PagerDuty incidents with Events API v2 and resolves the matching PagerDuty incident when the ServiceAlert condition recovers.

What you need

A PagerDuty service with an Events API v2 integration key.

Setup

  1. Open the PagerDuty service that should receive ServiceAlert events.
  2. Add an Events API v2 integration and copy its integration key.
  3. Save the key in ServiceAlert and send a test event.
