Route ServiceAlert events into an Opsgenie team with the Alert API.

What the integration does

ServiceAlert opens Opsgenie alerts through the Alert API and closes the matching alert by alias when the condition recovers.

What you need

An Opsgenie API integration key and the correct US or EU data region.

Setup

  1. Add a generic API integration to the destination Opsgenie team.
  2. Copy the API key and confirm whether the account uses the US or EU endpoint.
  3. Save both values in ServiceAlert and send a test alert.
