ServiceAlert for Jira Cloud

Create a Jira Cloud issue when a ServiceAlert notification fires.

What the integration does

ServiceAlert creates an issue in the configured Jira Cloud project when an alert fires. Recoveries do not close the Jira issue automatically.

What you need

A Jira Cloud site, project key, account email, and Atlassian API token.

Setup

  1. Create an Atlassian API token for the account ServiceAlert will use.
  2. Enter the Jira site, account email, token, project key, and issue type.
  3. Save the connection and create a test issue.
