ServiceAlert for Microsoft Teams

Post ServiceAlert notifications to a Teams channel through Microsoft Graph.

What the integration does

ServiceAlert uses a Microsoft Entra ID app registration and Microsoft Graph to post notifications to the Teams channel you select.

What you need

Microsoft Entra ID administrator access, an app registration, and the team and channel identifiers.

Setup

  1. Register a ServiceAlert application in Microsoft Entra ID.
  2. Grant the application permissions required by the setup screen and create a client secret.
  3. Enter the tenant, client, team, and channel values in ServiceAlert, then test the connection.
