What the integration does

ServiceAlert posts card-formatted notifications to a Google Chat space through that space's incoming webhook.

What you need

Space manager permission to create an incoming webhook in Google Chat.

Setup

  1. Open the destination Google Chat space and its apps and integrations settings.
  2. Create an incoming webhook and copy its URL.
  3. Save the webhook in ServiceAlert and send a test notification.
