We have implemented mitigation steps to address login and access issues for some customers hosted on our AU and CA grids, impacting Aware, Analysis and Response, Human Risk Command Center, Engage, and CyberGraph. We are no longer seeing errors and services are operating normally. Our Engineering team continues to closely monitor availability and performance to ensure ongoing stability.

We have identified the cause of intermittent login and access issues affecting some customers hosted on our AU and CA grids, impacting Aware, Analysis and Response, Human Risk Command Center, Engage, and CyberGraph.
