A fix has been deployed to prevent Formstack Sign connections from losing authentication unexpectedly, and we are monitoring the results.
We are also working to automatically restore authentication for previously affected connections. Customers who need to resume processing immediately may manually reauthenticate their Formstack Sign connection. We will provide another update once the restoration process is complete.

We have identified an issue causing some Formstack Sign integrations, including Documents-to-Sign deliveries, to lose authentication unexpectedly. Affected deliveries may fail with an authentication error, even if the connection was recently reauthenticated.
Our Engineering team is actively working to deploy a permanent fix. We will provide another update as soon as the fix has been released.
