We deployed a fix that skips the video endpoint when this error occurs and surfaces a warning in the connector dashboard instead of failing the sync. The Warning will say "We're skipping the video endpoint because it isn't available for your Cvent account. If you expect video data, contact Openai support to confirm the Video module is enabled for your account."
