Investigating
A small number of customers had their Salesforce integration user disconnected due to token expiration. When this happens, the regular data sync into Clari is unable to run. Our engineering team along with Salesforce support is investigating the problem. No new disconnections have been observed since 2026-08-16.
If your integration user has been disconnected, you can reconnect it to resolve the sync problem. If you need help, please reach out to Support to get assistance.
