We're aware that a small number of customers on Outlook accounts have individual messages in their inbox that can't be marked done, archived, deleted, or moved to junk, the action returns a "failed" error and the message stays put. We're actively investigating and will continue to post updates here as we learn more.

We've rolled out a fix and are now monitoring the results. Emails that were already marked Done will correct themselves automatically once the update reaches your app. We'll post another update once we've confirmed the issue is fully resolved.

We're investigating reports that some emails marked as Done are reappearing in the Inbox on the Superhuman desktop app. This seems to affect only Outlook/Microsoft accounts. We're actively looking into it and will share an update shortly.
