Incorrect payouts have been generated since the release on June 2. Yesterday, a potential root cause was identified, and a fix was deployed. Some of today's payouts are still not correct. We are continuing our analysis and working on a full resolution.

Gateway Creation via API actually not possible

It is currently not possible to create a gateway via the API; this is due to the short version v1/. It appears to work with v1.0. This affects implementations using the /v1/ (v1.0) API.
The issue has been present since 5:27 am (following today's release).
The error is identified, and we are currently implementing a fix.

Problems with Payouts (CHF & USD) on Monday 20.4.2026

We would like to inform you that technical irregularities occurred during the payout runs on Monday, April 20th. As a result, some payouts in CHF and USD could not be successfully processed. We are currently in close contact with our payout partner to clarify the exact reasons for this delay and to ensure that the outstanding payments are processed as quickly as possible.
