The underlying issues have been resolved, and all platform features are now operational.
We are currently processing documents that were affected during the incident and did not
have their PDF versions generated. Some clients may still experience errors when attempting
to download documents as PDFs while this processing is ongoing.
We will update the status to Resolved as soon as all affected documents have been
successfully processed. Thank you for your patience.
