GitHub Pages publishes websites from repositories. Site delivery, the build workflow and a custom domain can fail at different stages. An Actions build problem is not by itself evidence that an already published Pages site is unavailable.

- If you use a custom domain, compare its behavior with the repository's configured Pages address.
- For a build failure, inspect its workflow logs and the Actions component as well as Pages status.
