We are currently experiencing a delay in the collection of news mentions. This is caused by an ongoing outage at one of our upstream news data providers, which is affecting the availability of their feed.
Other attention sources are unaffected. The provider has confirmed they are working on a fix and currently expect service to be restored within the next couple of days.

A data processing delay issue has been identified for the Altmetric Explorer. The root cause has been remediated and data processing is now catching up. We expect some data discrepancies in the Altmetric Explorer until the data stream has fully recovered. We will update once this is complete.
