Degraded AIRO knowledge responses

Beginning at approximately 22:00 UTC on 5 August 2026, customers using AIRO may experience slow or failed responses to knowledge-related questions — for example, "What are pub sub limits in Workato?" Affected requests may take significantly longer than usual to return, and a subset may fail to return an answer at all. Recipe building and other AIRO workflows are operating normally.
