We are aware that some sellers experienced USPS rejecting Mercari prepaid shipping labels as "unpaid postage" earlier today (August 14). This is a USPS-side issue. USPS has applied a temporary fix, if your label wasrejected, please try dropping off your package again. It should now be accepted.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update this page as we learn more.
