[Brazil][PIX] Payment processing degradation

PIX transactions are recovering and conversion rates are now increasing. We are monitoring closely to confirm full recovery and will share a final update once the incident is resolved.

The incident affecting PIX transactions is still under investigation. The issue appears to be at the PIX network infrastructure level and is being handled at that level. At this time, any PIX transfer using a PIX key is failing, including QR code payments. Transfers made via bank account details (agency/account) remain functional.
