As the depdendent vendor/partner services recover, we see reduction in login failures. But still some sporadic issues are observed.
We will continue report progress on the state till we achieve full recovery

As we identified and monitoring one of our vendor/partner services having availability issues, some of our clients would be facing issues in logging to our platform.
We are actively working on remediation possibilities and closely following up on the dependent vendor/partner services to get our platform to fully working state.
