As of 10:33 AM ET we are seeing additional issues with the data in the Session Monitor. We believe it is still related to the original HiLink webhooks issue and we are investigating.

As of 10:16 AM ET HiLink has implemented a fix for the webhooks. The issue originated from a change HiLink had made to enhance security, but inadvertently impacted the mechanism that allows Pearl to get session attendance status in their classroom. Due to the how the status is shared between systems, Pearl's Session Monitor will not immediately reflect the corrected status counts. We are continuing to monitor and ensure resolution.

At 9:43 AM ET we have identified the problem is related to webhooks with the HiLink Classroom. We've engaged HiLink's engineering team since the issue originated with and must be resolved by them.

We have discovered that the Session Monitor visualization on the Insights Dashboard was not accurately representing current session attendance status. We are actively investigating. It is believed that this should not affect the ability for tutors or students to join sessions.
