App Catalog – App Icons Not Displaying

We are currently investigating an issue where app icons are not displaying correctly in the Multiplier App Catalog in the JSM portal.
Affected users may see broken images, blank spaces, or placeholder icons in place of the expected app logos.
Users are still able to submit access requests.
