Blue bars count reports submitted here. The second chart counts supporting signals from independent sources on its own scale. Outlined, hatched bars preserve older counts whose source cannot be recovered. Neither chart establishes an outage.
A shaded historical range, when available, spans the 10th to 90th percentile of user reports in the same UTC hour over the preceding 28 days. Each hour needs at least 21 comparable days with recorded collection coverage. Missing coverage stays unknown. We also require at least 200 user reports across 14 days, with 20 reports across seven active samples for the compared hour.

Verified percentages require at least 24 daily observations or 576 hourly observations for 30 days, and 1,728 hourly observations for 90 days. Gaps are unknown. Legacy records remain visible but do not contribute to verified percentages. Provider status describes the provider's reported condition, rather than every customer's experience.
