Qonto payments incorrectly rejected

We are currently experiencing an issue that causes some Qonto payments to be incorrectly rejected with the message "Payments of more than EUR 30.000 are not supported for Qonto.", even though the payment amount is below EUR 30,000.
We have identified the issue and are working on a fix with high priority. We will provide an update as soon as the fix has been deployed.

We are adapting the connection to the new login procedure and will update this page once it is available again.

D-Trust (Bundesdruckerei) rief kurzfristig alle zwischen März 2025 und April 2026 ausgestellten TLS-Zertifikate zurück, da die Zertifikate nicht vollständig den Vorgaben des CA/Browser Forums entsprachen und ein Vertrauensentzug durch Browser-Anbieter drohte. Admins müssen die betroffenen Zertifikate bis Ostermontag, 17 Uhr, ändern. Wir von finAPI haben umgehend reagiert und die entsprechenden Zertifikate getauscht.
