They are receiving and investigating reports of overinflated data for POS Quantity & POS Sales and are working through. The Walmart Basic portal is experiencing an issue that is not allowing our team to pull the weekly reports for the most recent weeks data, weekly restates or Daily Sales and Inventory reports. We are continuing to monitor for when data becomes available and report functionality is restored. We will update you when we begin processing. At this point, we expect weekly and daily data will be delayed. This issue is only for Customers on Walmart Scintilla Basic.

Walmart Scintilla Basic LY Value Inflation in CRS

We've identified an issue affecting last year (LY) sales data in the Scintilla Basic weekly sales reporting for Walmart Weeks 202501 through 202509. LY sales metrics (dollars and units) are appearing at approximately 2x expected values in CRS Ad Hoc reports for YOY sales comparisons. Our engineering team has identified the cause and is working to resolve the issue. This issue is not affecting our Charter clients.
