Due to a delay in receiving funds/transaction details from an underlying payment provider, transactions captured on Friday and Saturday may be delayed from settlement to merchants. Transactions captured on Sunday are not delayed. OBN Global will onward settle delayed funds to merchants as part of normal settlement when they are received and processed. OBN Global apologises for any delay.
Cardstream has seen an increase in 3-D Secure transaction errors for Mastercard transactions. Mastercard is investigating.
We continue to monitor authorisation rates and will share further updates shortly.
