A shaded historical range, when available, spans the 10th to 90th percentile of user reports in the same UTC hour over the preceding 28 days. Each hour needs at least 21 comparable days with recorded collection coverage. Missing coverage stays unknown. We also require at least 200 user reports across 14 days, with 20 reports across seven active samples for the compared hour.
These are conservative publication rules, not a prediction or an outage threshold. The current hour is incomplete. Times below use your device time zone; official observations remain separate.
