We've identified the root cause. It is bug introduced in Chrome 147 that is affecting numerous chrome extensions. See the report here: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/500975618 An update to chrome is expected soon. We are not aware of a good workaround at the moment other than closing and reopening the browser, but will update this if one is found.
