Starting May 8, 2026 at 1:59 AM UTC, customers may have encountered 500 errors when calling API Platform endpoints, recipe job failures, and Workbot for Slack/Teams being unresponsive. This is related to an ongoing incident with our underlying cloud infrastructure provider, AWS. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates shortly.
