[Activation] Publisher Dashboard Degraded Performance (AP region)

We are currently experiencing degraded performance across the Publisher Dashboard in the AP environment, with data taking up to 3 hours longer than usual to reflect recent changes. This may affect any section of the Dashboard — including user search, reporting, and other data views. Our engineering team has identified the underlying cause and is actively working on a resolution. We will provide updates as the situation progresses.
