N-able® Passportal (All Regions)

We have identified the issue as a privacy policy documentation clarification. This is not a product or security issue. Our team is updating the documentation to align with Chrome Web Store requirements and is working through the review process.

**Workaround:**
While the Chrome extension is unavailable, customers can use either of the following options:

* **Passportal Web App:** Log in directly to the Passportal web app and copy credentials from there. This is the most reliable option and works for all customers regardless of browser.

* **Alternate Browser:** If the Passportal extension remains enabled in another installed browser, such as Edge or Firefox, customers can continue using the extension there in the interim.

* **“Keep this extension” (existing installs only):** if a user already has the extension installed and Chrome shows the “Off – violates Chrome Web Store policy” prompt, they may choose to select “Keep this extension” to re-enable it.

**N-able® Passportal (All Regions)**

We are aware that some customers may see a Chrome notification indicating that the Passportal browser extension violates Chrome Web Store policy.

This notification is related to a Chrome Web Store compliance review. Our teams are actively working to address Google’s requirements and restore the extension’s status.
