<b>We have identified the root cause of the ATS SSO issue with BBO previously reported. If SSO isn’t working for you, please open a support case right away. The fix is quick and our team can resolve it for you.</b>
Access to BBO has been restored. BBO is available to users with direct login credentials.
Users accessing BBO via ATS/CRM may see CAPTCHA prompts. If you cannot log in, wait 10 minutes before trying again. If issues persist after 3 attempts, please open a Bullhorn Support case.
Time entry using existing credentials is available with no changes. Password changes are not required.
For issues with payroll or E-Verify integrations, please contact Bullhorn Support.
