New Multi-region uptime checks and custom-domain status pages

Vendor Reliability Hub

Explore provider evidence while the transparency sample grows. Ratings appear only when enough verified history and matched notices are available.

Evidence you can explore now

1,871 vendors with a verified current provider check. A fresh check shows source coverage; it does not qualify a reliability rating or prove every customer is unaffected.

Status reliability: 1,754 qualified records available →

What this view needs before ratings appear

Each grade needs at least 1,728 verified hourly observations within 90 days, 3 observed status changes and 3 matched provider notices. The table below shows provisional samples. These are observation-to-notice comparisons, not independent outage detections.

Unverified and legacy records do not count toward these requirements. There is no promised publication date: missing observations and unmatched notices can extend the wait.

How we grade transparency

Grades summarize consistency between two records from an official provider source: when ServiceAlert observed an operational-to-disrupted status change and the incident-notice time reported by that source. The observation timestamp is a polling time, not the provider’s exact change time or an independent outage detection. Small or incomplete samples are shown as Provisional.
