This is a large-area outage on the Comcast network. Engineers arrived on site at 2:00 p.m. and are troubleshooting to resolve it.
The underlying carrier has confirmed a fiber cut at 2505 Marietta Blvd in Atlanta, GA. The damage was caused by a third-party boring machine. At this time, fiber repair teams are actively on site assessing the situation and beginning restoration efforts.

Network Support Services (NSS) is reporting a multi-site DOE outage. ENA has engaged the last-mile provider. There is currently no ETR.
