Our engineers have identified an issue that is causing delays in updating individual contacts with recent engagement data (such as clicks and opens) for a subset of Legacy Marketing customers (TNE Marketing Campaigns are NOT affected). As a result, affected customers may experience delays when segmenting lists based on recent engagement, and the option to export campaign click data may appear disabled.
