Currently, messages with attachments for DMS declarations (sent via the “Present documents” option) do not seem to be reaching Dutch Customs. We are working closely with Dutch Customs to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Op dit moment lijken berichten met bijlagen voor DMS-aangiftes (verstuurd via de optie “Opsturen bescheiden”) de Douane niet te bereiken. We werken samen met de Douane om dit probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
